Returns
We offer a 30 day replacement guarantee from the time you receive your order if the product you have purchased is damaged or has a defect. It's that simple.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept a return if you have simply changed your mind, made an error in the personalisation process or selected the wrong case for your phone model. To double check what model you have, simply go to Settings > General > About to reveal your Model Name on the third row.

Firmly push your phone into the case until it snaps into place. To remove the case, apply downward pressure to the two sides at the base of the phone so that the bottom levers out first.
