Do you test on animals?

      That's a hard no. In this day and age, there is no reason why cosmetics should be tested on animals. Not only are our products non-toxic, we are also committed to ensuring that no animal is harmed in our production and testing process. Testament to this commitment, we have been certified cruelty free by Australia’s leading body, Cruelty Free Australia.

       

      Are your products Vegan friendly?

        We are proud that all of our products are non-toxic and certified 100% cruelty free by Australia’s leading body, Cruelty Free Australia. In addition, some of our products are suitable for vegans. While we never use animal-derived ingredients, some of our products do contain animal-sourced ingredients such as lanolin and beeswax. If you are vegan, please check the ingredients section on our packaging or on the product pages of our website for any animal-sourced ingredients.

        Is your nail polish breathable?

        Yes. At Beysis, we go to great lengths to test the quality of our polish. To ensure our collection is breathable, we take samples of our nail polish and test it according to ASTM D 3985 and ISO 15105-2 international standards. A film of our polish is placed inside a diffusion chamber which separates the top half of the chamber from the bottom. Oxygen then flows into the top half of the chamber and an oxygen-free carrier gas (i.e. nitrogen) flows into the bottom on the other side of the film. Testing reveals that oxygen passes through our polish at 69,700 cm3/m2/day which classifies Beysis nail polish as ‘very permeable’ under international standards.

         

        What are the benefits of breathable nail polish?

        Breathable nail polish can improve the health of your nails as it allows moisture and natural oils to permeate through the polish to the nail bed. This means your nails can grow without the restrictions of non-breathable lacquers.

         

        What does '10 Free' Mean?

        Many mass-produced nail polishes contain chemicals which have been shown to be potentially harmful to human health. At Beysis, we have gone to extreme lengths to ensure that our polish is free of all the nasties commonly found in nail-polish, all without compromising on quality.

        Our 10-Free formula means that our nail polish does not contain any of the following:

        • Formaldehyde
        • Tosylamide Formaldehyde Resin & Ethyl tosylamide
        • Dibutyl Phthalate
        • Xylene
        • Triphenyl Phosphate
        • Camphor
        • Animal derived ingredients
        • Benzophenone-1
        • Styrene acrylates

          Am I limited to the nail polish colours listed on your website? 

          We never say “never”. Do you have a wedding or corporate colour to match? No problem! We have over 300 colours in our extended range and also offer a special colour-matching service for customers making bulk purchases. Please contact us for more information and for a quote. 

           

          Where can I buy Beysis products?

          For personalised products, orders must be placed via the Beysis.com website. 

          We also have a bespoke collection of products that are available in-store via carefully-selected retailers worldwide. For your closest stockist, please contact us via hello@beysis.com with your suburb & postcode / ZIP code and we will get back to you ASAP.

           

          Can you do custom labels?

          Yes! Our in-house designers can help to create custom labels or add logos or company motifs to our products for events, brands or any special occasion. Please visit our Corporate Orders page for more information or contact us via hello@beysis.com for bulk pricing.

           

          Can I make changes to one of your template messages? 

          At this time, there is only scope to add an additional line of text on our template messages. If you have a specific design request, please contact us via hello@beysis.com for a quote. Minimum order quantities may apply.

           

          Is there a minimum order quantity? 

          No. We value every order, no matter how small.

           

          Can I return my purchase?

          We can cannot refund or exchange for pure change of mind on products that have been personalised. But don’t worry! We triple check all of our products prior to shipping to ensure that we are confident that you will be receiving exactly what you have ordered. Please check our Refunds & Returns page for information regarding faulty products.

           

          What should I do if there is something wrong with my order?

          What are my shipping options?

          We offer both standard and express delivery depending on your location. Please see our Shipping page for details regarding Australian and International shipping.

           

          Do you ship internationally?

          Yes, we do. Beysis ships to worldwide destinations, with few limitations. Please see our Shipping page for more information regarding international shipping.

           

          How quickly will my order be processed? 

          Unless your chosen product is on backorder, all orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days.

           

          How long will delivery take?

          Depending on your location, you will receive your order within 2-15 business days after dispatch. Please see our Shipping page for more information regarding Australian and International shipping.

           

          I'm having trouble tracking my delivery. What should I do?

          Some carriers may take 1-2 business days to register or update your shipment status. If your tracking number hasn't registered any updates within a 48 hour period, please contact us via hello@beysis.com and we will investigate.

           

          Do you offer discounts on your products?

          From time to time, we do offer exclusive discounts to our customers, followers and subscribers. Make sure you are subscribed to our newsletter and following us on Facebook & Instagram to get access to discount codes and special offers as they become available. 

           

          My discount code isn't working. What should I do?

          Discount codes are limited to one code per order, and in some cases, can only be redeemed once per person. All Beysis discount codes are available for a limited time and cannot be used once expired. If you are having an issue with a discount code, please be sure your order meets all qualifications for the discount code and that the code is still valid. If you are still having issues, please contact us via hello@beysis.com.

           

          Do you offer gift wrapping?

          We don't, BUT... have you seen our packaging? With gifting in mind, all Beysis products are individually boxed in our signature packaging that has been designed to keep your item safe during transit. Depending on the size of your order, your products will also arrive housed in our bespoke, Beysis branded box or our padded mailer bag for extra protection.  

           

          Is your personalisation service free? 

          Yes! You can add your name, monogram or custom message for FREE with complimentary personalisation on all of our products. 

           

          What fonts can I choose?

          Each Beysis product has a set number of fonts for you to choose from when adding your personalisation. All fonts have been chosen to provide a range of styles to suit different tastes, as well as ensuring the highest print quality for your finished product. You can select your prefered style from the drop down list of fonts available on each individual product. Need a custom font? Contact us for a quote via hello@beysis.com.

           

          Is there a character limit when personalising?

          To ensure your finished product is of the highest quality and that your custom text is legible, each Beysis product will have a different character limit when adding your personalisation. Character limits are dependent on a variety of factors including the location of the custom text and the size of the product. Please see the individual product pages for character limits.
